Opinions differ on the little beta symbol - while some startups or most Google products find it hip to be permanently in beta mode, others forego the symbol altogether. One thing is certain: CentralStationCRM is now officially no longer “beta”.
Since we started the public beta phase in January of this year, there have been no major or serious problems. Apart from a five-minute break, there have been no unplanned downtimes or unavailability in the entire 10 months. Those five minutes were definitely the most unpleasant for us in the whole of last year, even if only a few customers noticed.
Thanks!
After 10 months, it's time for a big thank you. We would especially like to thank the early birds among our customers. Those who were so convinced by our product and put their trust in denmark telegram screening us in the first few months. The feedback and suggestions were great and helped us to make CentralStationCRM better in many areas.
But in the future we will of course continue to be happy about every customer who brings new perspectives to us. Even if we cannot implement everything, it helps us to better understand the most common use cases and to improve CentralStationCRM accordingly.
So why now without a beta?
CentralStationCRM has matured. The basic functionality is now in place, it works smoothly and is fast. We are now working on the finer details and adding helpful functions that do not bloat the system when in use. Examples are the API or a function for eliminating duplicates in your account. In the last few weeks we have spent a lot of time expanding and improving our automated tests. This is the only way we can ensure that changes do not affect functions at the other end of the system. Despite the new technology, many providers of software as a service have retained the release cycles from earlier times. For example, they publish a major update twice a year, which changes something on almost every page. We, on the other hand, have new versions and incremental improvements every week. Without automated tests, this pace of development would be difficult to maintain.
We hope you are satisfied with CentralStationCRM and our support. And of course we would be delighted if you would recommend it to friends and business partners or recommend it online on Benchpark , Twitter and Co.
