I started with the idea of simply being a contact person every day via a closed Facebook group to answer questions in the shortest possible time. I also offered two so-called expert chats, i.e. online seminars, per month.
Since I started with only a few members – I think I had eight or ten by September 2016 – the support part was relatively easy. But of course I had to be prepared for the two online seminars.

After a good year and a half, however, I discovered something surprising in a member survey: With two online seminars a month, I was overwhelming the members as much as I was – and so I promptly reduced the number of online seminars from two to one.
