Ignore or delete criticism / critical posts

Post by Mitu100@ »

This is a very difficult topic. The fear of criticism, bad reviews or even a shitstorm has prevented many entrepreneurs from using social media marketing. This is tantamount to ostrich politics - because people are talking about the company anyway - you just don't notice it.

It is better to face it and react confidently and perhaps with a touch of humor. But if a commentator becomes personally insulting or spreads lies about other lebanon telegram screening people or hate speech, then of course you cannot let it go.

Use the wrong tone
Especially when the commentator is not very polite, I sometimes feel like I need to be a little clearer. I always write it down, but don't send it. Instead, I take a deep breath and think about how I can write a polite, confident and maybe even humorous answer. Otherwise, a dialogue can quickly escalate. Written language has the disadvantage that non-verbal signals such as smiles, winks or other elements of body language are missing - and it's easy to misunderstand a comment that wasn't actually meant to be as harsh as it first reads.
