Crowdsourcing is a wonderful way to get valuable feedback from an interested community before a product is ready for production or released. This way, you can develop offers that are very close to demand and have the opportunity to ask specific questions. Facebook groups are suitable as focus groups if you set them up yourself. But in certain cases, unfamiliar topic groups are also suitable for getting started with your own questions.
However, if you use groups set up by others for crowdsourcing and feedback on your own offerings, you should make sure that this way of gathering feedback is compatible with the group's purpose.
4. Maintain customer relationships and provide support
Anyone who offers special groups for their own bitcoin data customers (and of course other interested parties and multipliers) should of course first make sure that a sufficient number of them are present in the social network. The probability is very high, however, because even those who do not (yet) actively maintain their personal brand often have at least a private profile. And of course, the same applies here: it may be possible to reach additional new contacts in this way.
Since someone only joins a group and gets involved if they get something out of it, this should be the priority. Support and customer service cannot only be covered via Facebook groups, but you can create a valuable additional service here. In the field of e-learning, it is quite common to have groups (usually secret, i.e. not discovered by everyone) in which questions are answered and participants exchange ideas with one another.
In this article I have listed and linked examples of different groups that fulfill such a support function. Here you will also find many other tips and information on the topic.
5. Increase knowledge together and advance topics
I am not only a member of private groups in which I exchange ideas about sports topics, for example, but also of numerous specialist groups on professional topics. Here I can ask questions myself, but I also help others if I know the answers to their questions.
Together, we can set the agenda, advance issues and join forces across sectors, but also within a sector or interest group.
