Supplement this data with user feedback

Post by Rina7RS »

Look for patterns in user behavior. Observe what your best users do when they first start using your product, and if there’s a pattern like 7 out of 10, then focus on helping new users follow that pattern.

Behavioral data is extremely useful, but nothing beats getting to the bottom of things. Ask your users about their journeys and activation moments.

This includes feedback from churned users – negative correlation is just as valuable as positive. Try making cold calls, or at the very least, create an exit survey.

If you can find a pattern, design your user experience to take sri lanka mobile database evaluators to their activation moment.

Adoption User Type: Beginner
Once you have these activated users, you want to help them explore and understand the full ecosystem of your product. Show them best practices, reduce friction, and be there when they need guidance.

During this adoption phase, you want to establish guidelines for normal, healthy usage of your product.

Look for regular users who get value from your product but aren’t power users or advocates yet!. Then, ask these questions:

How often do they log in?
What functions do they use?
What percentage of your total products do they use?
Establish a baseline, and then you’ll know the characteristics that define a “good” adopter.
