And of course, measurement. So for me, it's a little more complicated than measuring my sleep or measuring my kilometers, but I try to have an idea of my reading time. Maybe I'll spend a number of pages as a goal or as a measurement tool, it's maybe simpler, but in any case it allows you to know where you are and it allows you to know if you want to do more or if you're satisfied with the current state.
So here are my three big habits. You will notice that they are simple. Really, they are very, very simple, these habits. They are natural, that is also super important. And I see them in the long term with the Kaizen spirit, that is to say I want to do it a little bit every day. I walk every day, I read every day, I sleep well every day. And I am not trying to enjoy them in a week, two weeks, a month, a year, I am trying to enjoy them throughout my life.
You notice that they are doable even at a great age, so that's why you have to have this long-term vision and keep the spirit of simplicity. I don't try to walk 20 kilometers a day or read 3 hours a day, I stay simple. That helps a lot.
These are habits that don't bring any russia whatsapp number data profit to big companies. Walking is free; sleeping well is free. Books aren't exactly free, since you have to reward the person who wrote the book, but they're cheap compared to other hobbies you might have. So they're also natural habits that are easy to establish and maintain.
Of course, that's not all, I have other habits. I go to the gym, I try to meditate from time to time, I make efforts with my diet. I'm not saying that following these three habits will be enough, but the idea is still to have these three non-negotiable founding habits. And for the rest, we can be a little more flexible. I prefer to miss two, three days of exercise or three days of meditation than to sleep badly for three days. So that's a personal choice, but what I meant by that is that we don't limit ourselves to these three habits, we can obviously do more.
And finally, don't panic and don't stress if you miss one time. didn't get my 7.5 hours of sleep. If it happens once in a while, it's okay, but I really try to make sure it never happens twice in a row and only happens in exceptional cases.
