Select the "Check fines" option.
Select the vehicle number (with region code) and vehicle registration certificate details.

Click the "Pay" button.
Select payment method - bank card.
Enter your card details and complete the transfer.
On the official website of the State Traffic Inspectorate you can pay without registration, but you must enter information about the car each time. Other services significantly simplify the procedure, and therefore are popular.
Government services
You can transfer money to any government agency, including the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, via Gosuslugi. Information about administrative penalties, unpaid taxes, and other missed payments appears on the main page after logging in to Gosuslugi. There you can also see information about the discount and its validity period. You can immediately proceed to payment in any convenient way, including by card.
