So, if you fill out a similar Canvas and keep it updated/return to it, it can significantly help you maintain the vision and direction of your entire business.


PS. A completed Canvas can also fundamentally help you find a place / way to differentiate yourself or at least define yourself from your competitors. According to Jakub, this is definitely a better way than chasing after finding a USP (sustainable competitive advantage). Just as, according to him, it is better to create more general target groups instead of very detailed personas, as you often read in many manuals.

2. You need to know exactly how much each lead costs and how much it earns
